What is the best time of day to take Ashwagandha, and with what?
I bought Ashwagandha root powder to help with stress and energy but I'm not sure when to take it or what to mix it with. Morning or night? With food or without?
Is it safe to take Triphala every day long-term?
I started taking Triphala about a month ago for constipation and it's working well. But my concern is whether it's safe to keep taking indefinitely, or should I cycle it?
